J E Property Management Ltd was formed in April 2007 and is situated at 2 & 3 Bridge Street in central Kidderminster. The company is run exclusively by the owners - Jeanette Hambrey and James Ellis - both of whom are Directors and own an equal share in the business, this simply means that we really care about the running of our business and go out of our way to try to be as flexible as we can to accommodate any Landlords requests regarding their rental property, due to this attitude we have built up a good reputation both with Tenants and Landlords and get a lot of recommendations coming through our door!
Our in-house maintenance team have been carefully selected to give Landlords and Tenants the best possible service, for the Landlords they provide a discounted service and for the Tenants we insist that the engineers be smart, punctual and courteous in order to keep disruptions to the minimum.
Our prices start from 7% + VAT fully managed for Landlords with multiple properties and go to 9%+ VAT for Landlords with a single property, we can also offer a "tenant finder" service for a Landlord who manages their own property at a cost of £400+VAT, this will include advertising the property in the usual way, accompanied viewings, drafting tenancy agreements and compiling an inventory.
Our aim is to be as flexible and accommodating as possible to encourage our Landlords to feel at ease leaving their investment in our hands. We are always on hand to answer any questions regarding the rental process.

Founder member of the company. Jeanette has extensive knowledge of the rental industry and many years experience working within estate management. Her personal commitment to high standards and customer satisfaction has enabled J E Property Management Ltd to become a modern and approachable business with a growing reputation for excellence.
James joined the company in 2008 bringing with him a wealth of experience and enthusiasm. His drive and determination has enabled the company to expand and blossom reaching ever higher standards and driving the company forward. One of James's many talents is property portfolio building where he is always keen to assist any new landlord in the purchase process giving advice on the best rentable areas and values of rents obtainable and assisting in the purchase negotiation process if required (a service that is free of charge to any landlord who is joining us!)
Blueco Electrical Ltd
Blueco Electrical are a local company and are on hand to make sure our properties are compliant with Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR’S) along with providing proactive and reactive maintenance. Ryan Nicolson (Company Director) installs many smart home products such as; Smart heating controls, Connected CCTV, Video Doorbells, Outdoor lighting projects, he is also OLEV grant approved. Blueco electrical are also proficient in the installation of charge points for the electric vehicle market.
RPM Plumbing and Heating
RPM plumbing & heating are our first point of call for gas engineers. Richard has a large team of gas engineers working for him and our working relationship is very successful. He has a vast knowledge of all gas appliances and is also Worcester Bosh accredited. He is available throughout the year to us on late callouts and bank holidays. We benefit from a discounted rate along with priority call outs due to the volume of work that we give him so you will not get a better deal than from his team.
