J E Property Management Ltd was formed in April 2007 and has gone from strength the strength since re-locating to the prominent high street position in Oxford street where the company is now established. We share the building with Midas Financial Services who deal with all  financial matters from mortgages to pensions and financial advice.

The company is run exclusively by  the owners - Jeanette Hambrey and James Ellis both of whom are Directors and own an equal share in the business, this simply means that we really care about the running of our business and go out of our way to try to be as flexible as we can to accommodate any Landlords requests regarding their rental property, due to this attitude we have built up a good reputation both with Tenants and Landlords and get a lot of recommendations coming through our door!

Our in-house maintenance team have been carefully selected to give Landlords and Tenants the best possible service, for the Landlords they provide a discounted service and for the Tenants we insist that the engineers be smart, punctual  and courteous in order to keep disruptions to the minimum.  Female tenants who have a nervous disposition can also request a female "Gas Safe" engineer to attend any boiler breakdown or gas safety certificate.

Our prices start from 6% fully managed for Landlords with multiple properties and go to 8% for Landlords with a single property, we can also offer a "tenant finder" service for a Landlord who manages their own property at a cost of half the first months rent, this will include advertising the property in the usual way, accompanied viewings, drafting tenancy agreements and compiling an inventory.
